The staff location is good. It is in the centre of many good shopping, dining, and theatre options.

I'd asked for a quiet room, it was not granted, the constant hum of an extractor fan or heating system outside our window made sleep difficult. the room felt tight. I've stayed elsewhere with bigger rooms.

I loved how central the location was. getting around was super easy! the staff greeted me with such warmth. i was also happy about the cleanliness of the hotel. It felt fresh!

The coffee machine was not functioning correctly. I was a little disappointed. there was only one sachet of milk. This felt a bit stingy. the tv was dated. It didn't allow for streaming, sadly.

The room was dated and tired. Taps in the bathroom needed attention. I reported it twice but received no action. This was disappointing because i looked forward to this stay. There was some dust present in the corners of the room.

the elevator near the lobby was occasionally slow during peak hours causing slight delays
