I found the staff very helpful with requests. My room included a large, beautiful en suite. The food in the restaurant tasted gorgeous.
The room lacked double glazing and it was freezing.

spacious suite great bathroom breakfast choice
My Inner Sanctum Wonderwall Screen suite was spacious. The bathroom was great. The artificial window had changeable cityscapes. Breakfast offered a reasonable choice alongside decent quality items.
The staff was too busy chatting. This behavior did not feel hospitable. I felt they were looking down on me.

The bathroom was amazing. It included a great shower and complimentary products were available. The hotel showed attention to detail in every part of the building. I am definitely planning another trip.

Really good stay
stylish room decor comfortable bed good shower
i found the room decor very stylish i also appreciated the comfortable bed it was firm. the shower was excellent too it had good pressure and temperature. the hotel's attention to detail was noticeable throughout my stay i felt well taken care of .
i noticed scaffolding covered the building i was not informed in advance this obstructed the view. it also created unwanted noise during the day, which affected my relaxation. i hope they complete the work soon .

the hotel includes a chauffeur driven bentley service this provided transport to a nearby restaurant. i saw secure parking available which is a significant advantage. i noted the secure parking is a bonus .

strong location valet parking friendly staff
Location was a strong point. The valet parking helped a lot. The friendly door staff was a bonus, always ready to assist and greet guests with a smile.
