underwhelming stay, style over substance?
expensive parkingbroken appliance
the parking situation was a real headache. paying £27 a day seemed like highway robbery. i ended up hunting for street parking, a task that felt mad really like a competitive sport. the room itself had a broken appliance. housekeeping did not replace things for us.

tender moments at a coastal haven
warm greetinggarden suitespecial detailmissing teabags
The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, a tender moment. our garden suite offered a bath on the terrace. Such a sweet detail. drinks at the bar transported us to the south of france. The outdoor terrace really is something special.
housekeeping seemed a bit inexperienced, refills were missing spoons, milk, or teabags. i had to request these items, which interrupted our relaxation. it was a minor inconvenience, but it detracted from the overall experience.

lovely roomsextra costpoor customer service
the rooms are lovely and all the added details are thought of.
I booked a suite at this hotel for £470 and made a special request that i had a dog and needed parking. i received a message saying this could be granted at no extra cost but the hotel added the cost of my dog and took £500 from my account without any confirmation. i found this quite unprofessional.. they also did not provide any bowls or bedding for the dog. I had to request this.

Excellent Stay with Beachfront Access
comfortable bedcoffee machinebeachfront locationexpensive parking
The hotel provided a complimentary measure of spiced rum in the room. I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine available. The beds offered very comfortable sleep. The location is on the beachfront and offers a short walk to the pier and town center.
I think paying £27 for parking per night, then £15 per person for a continental breakfast, could deter me from returning.
Rooms
9/10
The room included unique decorative elements and was spotlessly clean. The bedroom provided a comfortable sleeping environment and the bathroom was well-kept. I found all aspects of the room satisfactory and functional.
Service
9/10
The staff were friendly and professional upon my late arrival. They provided clear directions to my room and highlighted the complimentary rum. I found all interactions to be efficient and helpful-.
