The location was ideal for exploring nearby theaters. The staff were helpful , checking if I was happy with my room. The hotel had a lovely aroma , a cute detail. The bed was so comfy . I slept well.
The tea was expensive , almost £6 for a small cup. The toast was barely toasted , pale and soft. I wished I had eaten elsewhere for breakfast. The fried eggs were cooked on both sides , no runny yolk there.

Really good Stay in Covent Garden

The reception staff offered a cute glass of fizz upon arrival. The location proved excellent, near both Covent Garden and a tube station. I found the bed very comfortable and the shower quite nice. The hotel provided a really nice gift when they found out it was our anniversary.
I found the air conditioning and heating system in the room noisy, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

The hotel is modern and clean I found the room spacious and well maintained. The lobby was cute and the staff were accommodating upon arrival. The front bar and restaurant has a nice atmosphere and offers quality service. I liked the convenient location for accessing different sites and nearby underground transport.
The in-room minibar did not have the complimentary soft drinks I was told would be there.
