electronic features friendly staff superior double room small bathroom missing bathtub outside seating area

i really liked the electronic features in my superior double room. i found the bathroom warming floor amazing too. the staff was super friendly and even came out to welcome me before i got out of the car. i really appreciated when my stuff was taken up to my room after arrival and back to reception when i left.

i asked three times, but i couldn't get access to the outside seating area. the bathrooms are definitely very small. there was no bathtub either.

modern bathroom spacious room niche feeling underfloor heating

My room featured amazing underfloor heating. The bathroom was VERY modern, i liked it. The decor gives a niche feeling. The room felt spacious, a definite plus for me.

The room was a bit dark, and it lacked natural light. It was the only thing I didn't loved.

the location is VERY quiet and lovely. I walked a short distance to the theatre district, it was so close. Regal attractions were also nearby, it was very convenient, i didn't have to use transportation.

i stayed in a superior double room. the room included usb ports next to the bed. the ceiling also contained all the lighting and speakers..

the wardrobe didn't work properly. i couldn't fully open the door to get to the drawer.

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I appreciated that it included several fresh options. The Horsburgh Residence was spacious. It was like a private apartment.

a satisfactory stay

comfortable seating areas quiet atmosphere design flaw storage space

the hotel had good coffee and tea available in the room. the shower worked very well. i found the seating areas in the lounge comfortable to use for short meetings. the hotel was quiet at night a feature i value a lot

the room i stayed in did not include drawers or shelves for storing my clothes. the wardrobe was difficult to open on one side because of a design flaw. i had to contact the front desk about this problem
