mediocre stay near the airport

I found the room a bit disappointing. It was like corners were cut during cleaning, especially in the bathroom. the shower wasn't super clean, and i noticed some grime. also, the promised airport shuttle was nonexistent, so i walked a fair distance with my luggage in the dark, a pretty unpleasant experience and not what i'd expect. There were no signs

I found a couple of issues . The room lacked adequate soundproofing I could clearly hear street noise. The pizza at the restaurant was excessively large it was difficult to manage even when sharing.

The hotel's location was super convenient. I could easily walk to the train station! breakfast was a real treat with lots of yummy choices.

The room felt a bit small. I wished there was more space for luggage. the bar service was slow. i had to wait quite a while to get served, even when it wasn't busy.

The location was great. I walked to the terminal in about ten minutes. The breakfast selection offered many options, all replenished quickly. I found the vending machine particularly useful. It had travel essentials like charging cables and toiletries.

The restaurant hours felt restrictive for an airport hotel? I arrived late, finding only pizza available and nothing else nearby.

the location was ideal , only a short walk to all terminals. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere , especially being so close to the airport. the decor was also very stylish and modern , which i found lovely. a big plus was the restaurant , the food arrived hot and offered excellent value.

i did notice some black curly hair in the shower , which wasn't mine , on the mixer tap and wall panels , this was a slight cleanliness issue.

the staff at check-in were cute and helpful , answering all my questions with a smile. katey and steph during breakfast, they went out of their way to assist me. generally the staff was friendly and efficient , this.

Convenient and Clean Airport Hotel

The hotel room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable super king bed. I found a good beverage selection including both a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The temperature of the waterfall shower was consistent and the flow was strong. Fluffy towels were plentiful including a large bath sheet.

I found the service charge at the restaurant a bit unexpected. While staff removed the charge upon request, awareness beforehand would have been better. It is always good to know the complete cost upfront when planning expenses.

The hotel is directly connected to the airport by a skywalk. This was very helpful. the room i booked was big enough and the bed was really comfortable (i slept like a log!).

I had an issue upon arrival. The check-in process took about ten minutes to finally get the room key. it felt long after my flight.
