lovely experience

beautiful gardens attentive staff superb array

i found the gardens very beautiful. the staff was wonderful and very attentive. the breakfast selection offered a superb array of choices that i appreciated.

i noticed the maintenance of the building and grounds has slightly declined from the pictures.

the staff provided excellent service and were always attentive to our needs. they were helpful with directions and offered assistance with luggage as well. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient.

good selection easy access classic design

The breakfast offered a good selection of items. The hotel is located near a bus station providing easy access to transportation. The building features a classic design, which adds to the overall experience. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .

The room lacked a mini fridge, an inconvenience for storing drinks and snacks. I did miss this amenity during my nights count stay. I think a mini fridge would improve the room.

The staff was very attentive. They always greeted me with a smile and addressed me by name. I thought this was a very nice touch. Staff responded quickly to requests. Service was prompt and efficient throughout the hotel. I am very pleased with their performance.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide range of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. There were plenty of selections. I also appreciated the availability of gluten-free items. The dining area was clean and well kept. I found that to be important.
