The room was clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and attentive. The bathtub was deep and clean. The premises look clean also.

The breakfast has not many option. The room service are pathetic. Staffs are not listening and rude.

i found the room large and comfortable. the bed was huge and it was comfortable. the tv was also large and i found free wifi available throughout the stay. IT provided everything i needed for a pleasant stay.

i noticed only slight wear and tear in some areas, like minor scratches on the furniture.

The staff displayed a wonderful service. They were friendly and always ready to help. The room was super clean and well-kept. I really appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my visit.

The restaurant was not open . I was not advised of this beforehand.

the location was acceptable and the hotel had rooms away from public entertainment.

the bar had multiple pumps, BUT only two worked. the food option was ONLY microwaved curry. i found that REALLY disappointing.

The hotel featured a super kingsize bed in my room. It was comfortable. the bedding was clean and cozy! ventilation in the room was good, i found a nice en-suite shower over the bath. there was good size sink and lots of shelf space for my wash bags, helpful.

one of the bedside lamps was broken!

The reception staff showed me to my room to ensure it suited my needs. It was a lovely gesture. this level of attention created a cute atmosphere! the team working during the evening were really good.

I was able to get some food from the restaurant quite late in the evening. the menu had indian dishes which suited me perfectly, it was quite limited though. the bar's menu presented a good variety. The food prepared was great.

The hotel has an excellent location near attractions. the surrounding area features charming open fields, i could enjoy the peace. It's easily accessible by car. the grounds could benefit from tidying up, but it did not affect my overall enjoyment.
