The room was immaculate, with high ceilings that added to the sense of space. I found the bed very comfortable and appreciated the choice of pillows available.. a nice touch. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was fantastic. I also had some lovely food and drinks at the hotel.

The room, while beautiful, felt a little on the smaller side.

mixed feelings about my stay

I was surprised by the extra charge for the pool. it felt a bit much, especially since i thought it was included. also, our room felt smaller than expected. I could barely fit my bag on the floor. the air conditioning wasn't effective either. it was too hot and opening a window wasn't an option. it felt a little stuffy

the front of house staff was friendly. breakfast was great. the bed was really comfortable. the shower was also excellent. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff especially at reception and the bar. everyone was so attentive to our needs.

the hotel has a spa, although it requires an extra fee for access. the gym access is restricted to certain hours as i found out when i wanted to use it early one morning. breakfast offered a delicious start to the day.

the room i got was a classic room one double bed however it felt smaller than expected i felt a funny smell upon entering it it was also very basic i think it could be better maintained the noise of music from outside was also noticeable

The staff were very cute. The location is great for accessing local amenities. The breakfasts were plentiful with a wide selection of choices available. The Palm Court was Fine!!!

I was not happy about the additional cost for the spa. Charging extra for the spa seems a bit excessive, especially considering the price already paid for the stay.
