loved the stay!

i loved the friendly reception staff!!! i was given an upgrade to a double bed room from a twin as i was traveling alone. the room had modern facilities. a good variety of buffet breakfast offered non-dairy milk options.
the tv did not work, but i was moved to another room the next evening.

the cute lobby included the buzz of a restaurant on the same floor. there was a great view of the river from the tenth floor. a tesco supermarket was right next to the hotel.

the reception staff were very friendly. i was able to check in about an hour early. the staff offered thoughtful gestures like room upgrades for solo travelers. breakfast service offered non-dairy milk options.

I found my INNSIDE Room very super clean and cozy. The complimentary soft drinks in the minibar were restocked daily. The room safe was user-friendly. It had a steamer instead of an iron.
The kettle was in a boxed shelf. It was not much wider than the kettle itself.

Acceptable Stay, Definite Issues
hard bederratic shower
The bed was quite hard! I did not find it very comfortable. the television remote did not work. I requested a replacement, but it never arrived. The shower temperature was also erratic. It fluctuated from hot to cold without warning.
