Fantastic Family Holiday Destination

I visited with two adults and two children. The rooms were lovely and the beds felt very comfortable. Our room included a fridge, great for stocking up on drinks (especially water). Some meals seemed a bit repetitive, but the food was nice overall. The hotel is ideal for children aged 11 and under. The reps at the kids club are great and work hard to keep the children entertained.

The location required a taxi or bus if you have walking difficulties. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

The paddling pool is perfect for children under four. It includes animal shapes. Older children enjoy the waterworld pool. It has slides and a waterfall. Exercise bikes line the sides of the middle pool.

Lifeguards were present at all pools every day. They watched even the kiddie pool. The beach is only a couple of minutes from the hotel. Shops across from the hotel include a SPAR supermarket (very useful).

a magical escape , a dream come true

the breakfast was superb , with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. my daughter especially enjoyed the pool , and the sea was very close to the hotel. nice restaurants and shops surrounded the area , and the bus to palma was just a few minutes away. i found the cleanliness perfect , with no signs of flies , wasps , mosquitoes , or other insects.

the slide pools closed for a few days , and this caused some chaos at the top pools.

the pools are very dynamic, a great setting for activities like water-spinning , dart games, and sangria tasting. space is plentiful with multiple pools, and the hotel is located just a short walk from the city.

the kids club and entertainment staff were great and deserve much credit. the staff are really friendly, always keeping the tables clean and clear. the entertainment is well-suited for children.

The food was often not great. it seemed repetitive and sometimes tasted bland. Breakfast was especially disappointing. i also noticed a lack of cleanliness. The sliding doors in my room had peeling stickers that were never removed and it looked messy.

My family enjoyed the available sun beds and pools a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned thoroughly each day. The location was convenient, near both bus services and the beach.

The entertainment began late, around 8:45 PM, with different themes each night. This late start meant my children often wanted to leave early. We missed some of the later acts as a result, a pity.

I found the waterpark area awesome. The water felt clean. The kids really enjoyed the slides. Our room was always clean and well kept, which I appreciated. I also thought the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The elevators were sometimes SLOW, especially during peak hours.
