friendly staff fine view comfortable loungers basic breakfast juice glass separate lift

the staff were very friendly and efficient. the views of the marina are fine, it hard to say which time of day is best, evening or day. in the evening the cathedral is lit up. there is always space around the pool, and the loungers are very comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic, it not befitting of a 5 star hotel. cappuccino or latte macchiato could be requested, though it was served in a juice glass on two occasions. access to the marina promenade was a bit of a walk. There is a separate lift and numerous steps to get to the rear entrance.

i found the breakfast buffet had a very good selection. there was even an egg station. the room was spacious and clean. the staff speaks good english which i appreciated.

the check-in process was a bit disorganized. there was not really a line and people cutting in line. some areas of the hotel need some attention. i also was not asked if i had a nice stay upon departure.

The hotel location was very convenient for exploring the area. I received a discount on the first night because of a flight delay. This was appreciated. The room included modern furnishings and was very clean. My room had an excellent view of the marina and cathedral.

breakfast selection great breakfast renovated hotel empty spa pool lounger cold staff

the breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of food. i appreciated the beautifully renovated hotel. the location overlooking the harbour was fantastic i enjoyed watching the cruise liners.

the spa was empty i felt it lacked atmosphere. reception staff were efficient but cold i missed smiles. loungers by the pool weren't the cleanest despite being comfortable.

the breakfast had lots of variety with a freshly cooked omelette station.

the room i had felt dated for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars and had a constant noise from what seemed to be a generator right under the balcony making it difficult to relax
