Wonderful Experience
spacious bathroom rainfall shower modern gym friendly staff
Our room had really good amenities. The spacious bathroom featured double sinks and a powerful rainfall shower. A modern gym offered a variety of equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes. Access to the Red Level lounge allowed us to escape the heat and enjoy a selection of drinks and snacks. Staff members were friendly.
I found that the service around the sun loungers was slow. It often required going to the bar to get prompt service.

The hotel provides convenient access to Palma via a quick taxi ride. Many restaurants are within an easy walking distance , providing dining alternatives. The setting offers beautiful sea views.

The pool area features plentiful loungers and shaded areas. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a fantastic view. A modern , well equipped gym is accessible to all guests. There is direct beach access from the hotel.

low water pressure temperature fluctuation
the location was beachfront.
the shower had serious problems. the water pressure was low, and the temperature changed constantly. requesting a rubber mat did not help.

friendly staff fantastic view very nice variety
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even gave me great tips for local spots. my room had a fantastic sea view. It was so relaxing. i really enjoyed the breakfast. The variety was very nice. the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. I loved exploring them.
I found the poolside service a little slow sometimes.

My room had great amenities. There were double sinks and a spacious shower. i really liked having a balcony where i could see everything. the bed was super comfy, so i slept well.

The breakfast buffet had many options. Everything tasted fresh. i especially liked the pastries and fresh fruit. i also ate at the on-site restaurant. The food was very good and the service really good.
