amazing grand stay
amazing designenough options
the staff was very nice at all times. breakfast had enough options, what a treat. the hotel itself has an amazing design both in shared spaces and rooms. i'm so happy i booked this hotel.
customer service had some challenges. it was a hassle for sure.

the breakfast buffet offered a nice array of choices including majorcan products of great quality. a la carte options were available and added a touch of elegance. seating could get a little tight, so going early is helpful.

The location was EXCELLENT. It was close to many attractions. I found great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered fabulous choices and the coffee was good. The rooftop area allowed for relaxation with a drink before dinner.
The minibar space was somewhat limited.

the breakfast buffet included almost everything i could want the mattresses are extraordinarily good i stayed in the grand flow-beautiful double room the hotel is located excellently right in the old town
the gym equipment could use a little updating it has only two treadmills
