The location was acceptable. It was near the beach.
the room i got was small and not like the photos online. there was hardly any space, especially with luggage. the hotel clearly needs better management of its advertising.. it felt misleading.

i had a second family visit. i knew what to expect. the suite had a pool view and lots of sun. the room includes an adequate fridge, a hair dryer, and a safe. the waiting staff are professional. they are a great team and all work hard.
not many tv channels are available. it might be worth addressing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to meet our request for two rooms alongside each other. The children's pool was near our rooms, convenient.
Check-in was slow. We arrived at 10 am, but check-in wasn't until 3 pm. They gave us wristbands, so we could have lunch while we waited.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right beside the beach. There are many swimming pools offering plenty of space for kids. The room was very clean, and the staff were SO friendly.
The gym was quite small and some equipment needed maintenance.
