balanced stay overall
great location friendly staff good choice english teabags air conditioning hard mattress
the location was great. it was only a few minutes walk from the beach. the food provided a good amount of choice for a 3 star rating. the staff was friendly, which i appreciated.
the lack of english teabags was a drawback. the air conditioning in the family room only cooled the front room. it did not reach the main bedroom, inconvenient. the mattress felt quite hard.

balanced stay experience
convenient location short walk friendly staff sunbed availability morning rushes limited air conditioning
the location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach. the food had decent variety for a 3-star hotel. the staff members were also friendly, made for a cute atmosphere.
sunbed availability was a challenge with early morning rushes. the air conditioning was limited to the front room of the family room. this meant the main bedroom did not get cool and it got too hot.

a mixed bag of basics
missing fridge short kettle cord
the room was pretty basic (nothing fancy, let me tell you). i was missing a fridge, a real bummer considering the heat. also, trying to make a simple cup of tea was a hassle because the kettle cord barely reached the socket, it was a comedy of errors, i tell you.

the room was clean the balcony had a beautiful sea view. breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit and pastries. the pool area was well maintained with plenty of sun loungers available.
the gym equipment looked slightly dated.

sea view hotel upgrade true credit
This was my fourth time staying here. i was given an upgrade to a sea view room on the eleventh floor (i was very happy about it). jose maria in the restaurant deserves a huge shout out. He speaks with all the guests no matter their nationality and knows something about every city. he is a true credit to the hotel.
i never write bad reviews, but , there was no air conditioning in the room. i ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is near the beach, approximately a five-minute walk. it sits in a relatively calm area, yet it is conveniently close to various shops and restaurants. This offers guests convenience without excessive noise.

fantastic stay
excellent service convenient access great food
the staff provided excellent service , showing helpfulness at all times. the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. i found the food choices to be great, so i always had plenty of options. the entertainment shows at night were also excellent.
i noticed that the floor around the swimming pool is starting to show wear.

the breakfast room had ample capacity, easily accommodating the high volume of people. a free shuttle bus frequently travels to the shopping center and water park outside the hotel. the hotel offers convenient access to the building.

the bar staff demonstrated loveliness and pleasantness! self-service drinks included beer and soft drinks, so i didn't have to queue. staff members in the dining hall and bars were professional, and service-oriented. also, they were very pleasant.

the room was spacious and clean. hygiene kits added a lovely touch. my room was a sol room, so it included a lounge. the hotel offers superior rooms with amazing views on the 14th floor.
