really good moments at the redlevel
large pool exotic garden friendly staff
i loved the large infinity pool. there were many beautiful exotic plants in the garden area. the staff were helpful and friendly. the free parking was very convenient who rented a car .

the gym includes multiple modern treadmills. tennis courts are accessible to all guests. the outdoor spaces are nicely decorated with a lot of trees and greenery.

The breakfast was acceptable (nothing extraordinary though).
The hotel clearly needs to improve the quality of the towels at the red level pool area. They felt cheap.

The quality of the bed was poor. The mattress was not good. i found no vegetarian options available at the red level restaurant. this requirement meant i had to use the busier restaurants. the hygiene was moderate. My partner became ill, possibly from food poisoning, yet the reception did not really address it.

clean garden excellent service
the red level pool was very clean. the garden was well maintained (it looked professionally cared for). the service was excellent throughout my stay. the ocean-facing room was spacious.
the gym did not have a wide selection of equipment.
