the food was alright i suppose nothing to write home about though

the room was not clean i found fruit and dirty glasses sitting there for three days not exactly what i was expecting

fantastic hotel experience

warm staff breakfast variety clean pools positive experience

i found the hotel staff very warm. the breakfast had great variety, and i especially liked the rooftop dining area. the swimming pools were very clean , and i saw staff clean the hotel each morning. it was a positive experience overall.

the soap dispenser in my bathroom was a bit temperamental , and it occasionally needed some extra pumps to get it working.

this hotel is located very close to the ferry terminal. it is also near many of the interesting places. the seafront position and proximity to the port are definite advantages.

spacious balcony great view thorough cleaning

i was placed in a superior double room. my room included a spacious balcony, i noticed a great VIEW of the surroundings. daily cleaning was thorough, which i valued.

the elevator beep was a bit LOUD, especially at peak hours.
