The hotel boasts great facilities. The pool was large with plenty of sunbeds available. it was acceptable

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready until 3 pm. we received no explanation about the hotel services. later we discovered information like credit options, towel access, beach bar breakfast, and happy hour times. the room was basic. It only got half-cleaned daily? the bath water was brown.

The check-in process was slow. I waited almost half an hour. the room wasn't ready at the official check-in time (it was a king guest room) and this delayed my plans. i found this frustrating as i just wanted to settle after a long journey.
