the location was perfect. i enjoyed proximity to shops and restaurants. the rooftop had an outdoor shower. the front desk helped us plan a car rental and secured dinner reservations.

The mattress was not comfortable. i found the room finishing had scratches. the lighting was not efficient with only one switch. i noticed the housekeeping didn't clean the floor well. There was hair especially in the bathroom.

The mattress in my superior double or twin room was uncomfortably hard (i really tossed and turned). also, the housekeeping wasn't great. I found some hair on the bathroom floor after they cleaned.
