clean room premium location friendly staff
the room was very clean i liked the premium location near the shopping area and restaurants it was also easy to walk to different places the staff were friendly and helpful

The location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. My room had a coffee machine, a nice bonus. The bed offered great comfort.
The elevators were slow and small. The rooftop bar staff seemed unhelpful. Some seats were reserved for long periods without being used, forcing guests to sit in the sun. The air conditioning did not function well and the room felt too warm.

rooftop bar comfortable bed small lift humidity smell
The rooftop bar were amazing. I enjoyed a very nice view from it. The bed was very comfortable all the time. It allowed me to sleep soundly each night of my stay.
The lifts seems small. I waited several minutes for them. The room smelled like humidity. There was a noticeable and unpleasant scent in the air all the time.

natural light blackout curtains slow elevator rushed service
the room was a superior comfort room. it had good natural light and blackout curtains. the hotel provided slippers and bathrobes in the room.
there was only one elevator working. it made getting to the skybar slow. the staff in the skybar seemed to rush us out at 11 pm.

central location rooftop bar breakfast options
location is the best, it's super walkable to shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar is fabulous, i did love the city views. breakfast had lots of options and it was super delicious, so yummy!
the elevators needed a total upgrade. waiting took a long time, so frustrating.

the staff was helpful and friendly. they seemed to know everything and answered questions. they always helped with directions and gave great tips. overall i found their service top notch.
