The airport shuttle ran promptly every 30 minutes. Staff were polite and supportive . The room faced the rear and remained quiet despite proximity to the airport road. A walk-in shower worked well in the room.

The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, some dust looked on the tv remote.

The hotel has an indoor pool with water jets. I also used the outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant provided a three course dinner with a good number of choices.

The ground floor room had several flies upon arrival. There were also mosquitos. I was bitten during the night so i hope it wasn't bed bugs.

The staff arranged a shuttle to the airport at 5 a.m. (very convenient for early flights). The hotel was clean and modern. My room was a great size and included a very comfy bed.

The hallways had a slight unpleasant odor.

The room was not as clean as I expected. The bathroom had some hairs. The heated bedroom was impossible to cool down, made sleeping difficult. I noticed there was a strange, pervasive smell throughout the hotel (I couldn't quite place it).
