the location was acceptable, situated directly between casa milá and batlo.
i was disappointed the complimentary mini-bar items were never refilled , even after i requested it. additionally, i asked for help with luggage storing, but it was slow. i expected a more proactive approach considering the price of the room (it was quite an investment).

The location was fantastic, very close to many attractions. the breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice!!!
the room size was smaller than i expected for a european hotel. also, the bathroom was quite small, especially compared to what i'm used to.

I enjoyed the hotel's central location a lot. It offered easy access to attractions. The front desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Our superior room was spacious, complete with various amenities. I especially liked the small touches like complimentary snacks.
The minibar items were advertised as complimentary upon check-in. Refills were not provided , even after a request. This detail caused some inconvenience.
