Really good Hotel Stay!

The staff offered suggestions for dining. The rooms included clean, well-designed decor. I found the beds to be comfortable. The location is AMAZING!!! it's great for exploring different areas of the city. The hotel arranged an airport shuttle upon request. The welcome I received felt genuinely warm. My room was big, the biggest I have seen in Europe. The hotel has a charming ambiance. The hotel features comfy beds and fluffy towels. Rooms are well-equipped with everything needed. The staff members are very friendly. They are also helpful when I needed something. The hotel is close to major roads. The staff recommended GREAT restaurants. I was able to hail taxis easily. The GOTHIC quarter is lovely!

The rooftop was REALLY small. I expected more SPACE. It had what was basically a foot bath. I don't understand the POINT. The bed was NOT comfortable. It overlooked a dreary building with no windows. VERY depressing.

the location was great. it was near many interesting places. the staff welcomed us with espresso. they surprised us. our room was ready early.

the rooftop was small with a useless foot bath. the room view was of a building with no windows. i found this sinister. the beds were not comfortable for me or my wife.
