faulty air conditioning carpet stains

the air conditioning did not work properly. the room became uncomfortably warm, and despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved . this significantly impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort in the room. additionally, i noticed some stains on the carpet, which detracted from the room's cleanliness.

The breakfast included various breads and cold meats. There was also a coffee machine. My classic twin room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

I noticed the room was small. The air con did not work. I also heard a loud noise outside from some vent.

underwhelming stay , some issues

musty odor useless tv

the room , a classic double room , was not great. there was a strange , musty odor i could not get rid of , even with the windows open. also , the tv was useless , i did not find any english channels. it was like they don't really think about english-speaking guests here.
