super stay!

great viewsmooth check-infriendly staff
the room was large. it had a great view of the river and mountains. check-in and check-out were smooth. they gave water bottles free for our onward journey. the staff was helpful and friendly.
I found the air vent in the room terrible. it blew out air that stank of cigarette smoke. It wasn't pleasant.

the hotel is centrally located, so it is easy to reach from the bus station. all attractions are nearby, which makes exploring convenient. it's great that everything is within walking distance.

the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. they provided all the details to help plan the perfect day. they told us which ski resort was good and the bus route to take.

the location was central enough.
The air vent emitted cigarette smoke at night and i woke up to it. my clothes smelled of cigarette smoke after my stay. It affected the quality of my sleep and comfort. opening the windows made the room cold, but it was the only way to reduce the smell.

a nice and spacious stay

great locationcomfy bedspoor shower
the location allowed easy exploration of the town by foot (a lovely way to see everything). our room was quite large, and the beds were comfy. i found the onsite bar a relaxing place, and the drinks seemed fairly priced.
The shower pressure wasn't great. I felt it could have been better. there wasn't any coffee or milk provided alongside the tea, and while the staff tried, it wasn't fully resolved, a slight inconvenience.

The staff was helpful. I could see the river from my room.
The air vent in my room was terrible. I had it on for the first part of my stay, then realised it was blowing out air that stank of cigarette smoke. ONE night, I was woken from my sleep because of such strong cigarette smoke coming from the vent. After that, I switched off the air vent, but I could still smell cigarette smoke in the room.

Really good Hotel Experience

The room was unbelievably spacious. The bed was massive. The design seemed modern and appealing. Facilities looked clean and well maintained. I appreciated the central location, allowing me to access most downtown places with ease. The staff proved super friendly. They responded almost immediately to my requests.
The old ceramic tiles were cracking under our feet. There was grout missing on the bathroom wall.
