The staff provided welcome drinks upon arrival. I received a complimentary bottle of wine in my room on the last night. The rooftop bar offered amazing views (i enjoyed it). Breakfast included a very nice selection. Communication via WhatsApp proved to be quite helpful.

The hotel location was superb. It allowed easy exploration of the gothic quarter. our room had both a bathtub and separate shower. I appreciated this thoughtful design. the breakfast offered fresh. Delicious options making for a great start to the day! i found the rooftop terrace excellent. It had comfortable seating and a great view.
the air conditioning was a bit weak, i would have preferred a stronger cooling system

I stayed in a beautiful double room port view for five nights. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was AMAZING!!! breakfast had lots of choice and the quality was good.
The gym was very small. It had only basic equipment.

i stayed in a beautiful double room port view it had a lovely balcony the harbor view was great the staff were helpful especially one concierge he booked our bus tickets. taxi service was also readily available directions given were excellent recommendations were given too he did all of that with a smile and perfect english.
the breakfast buffet had a good variety though more options would improve it
