i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations for local dining. the rooftop bar offered excellent views and professional service. breakfast presented many choices, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. i particularly appreciated the helpful concierge services available.
the room i occupied seemed to lack sufficient soundproofing from external noise.

the location was central and convenient. the gothic area was close.
The room was small for the price i paid. internal soundproofing was poor. I woke up early because of cleaning next door. i feel like the service i received don't match the price.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly! the shower had very hot water with good pressure, which i appreciated. the hotel provided a nespresso machine in the room. This was a nice touch.
i found the room smaller than expected. there was no closet. there was also only one desk chair, so the second person couldn't really relax.
