the location was acceptable, near some main attractions.

i found some aspects quite frustrating. my room was not properly soundproofed and i could clearly hear street noise (this was a constant annoyance). also, i was charged extra for spa access, something i had never seen at any other five-star hotel i've visited before.

the staff was friendly but the wi-fi was acceptable.

The room felt cramped. i found the overpowering fragrance throughout the hotel quite annoying. it was a very strong perfume, almost like they were trying to mask another odor. it was everywhere, from the lobby to the room. That was not great.

the breakfast was enjoyable and it had a good selection of goods.

i found the room was not soundproofed properly, so the traffic noise was very intrusive. i was moved to a very small inferior room after i complained. it did not even have a mirror in the bedroom, hardly what i expect from a five star hotel.

My room was a suite and it proved really good. the location was very central, thus easy to get around! staff members were always friendly and helpful. the rooftop bar was fun. I appreciated this amenity.

I found the minibar policy a bit bothersome. The hotel only provided two coffee capsules! charging an additional fee of 3 euros for each extra capsule felt excessive for a five-star hotel, it was unpleasant! i emailed the hotel to express my dissatisfaction, but i have yet to receive a response.

the junior suite includes a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. amenities such as a fully stocked minibar are available for guest use, as well as climate controls and tv with international channels. the room provides a relaxing atmosphere with contemporary decor.

the concierge service arranged seamless private transportation! the front desk staff ensured smooth check-in and check-out. staff members were helpful with directions and local recommendations. they are dedicated to providing an excellent experience.

i enjoyed both lunch and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant! the breakfast offered plenty of choice, with all hot food made to order. the japanese restaurant has good food and excellent service. fresh ingredients are always used.
