the staff was always helpful. my room, twin ROOM delight, was very clean and new. the breakfast offered many options and felt so romantic.

the location was not good and felt isolated. there were Not enough sun loungers at the pool, and i had to wait.

housekeeping entered the room even with the do not disturb sign displayed. turn down service also happened inconsistently. i expect better service when i pay for an hotel of this supposed caliber.

high-quality facilities attentive staff spacious room

the hotel offers stylish design and high-quality facilities. I found THE service throughout the hotel excellent, with attentive staff. my double room delight was spacious and very clean, with all amenities. i appreciated the tram station nearby because it has quick access to the center.

the double room delight was spacious. it had all the amenities i needed (the hairdryer worked great!). the pools looked very good, especially the two infinity pools overlooking the marina.

the pool water was quite cool.

I found the room spacious and modern. The breakfast offered much variation. The reception staff were helpful and kind..

The pool was very cold. It was inconvenient that the pools did not open until 10 AM. They tried to charge me again for the room at check out, even though I had prepaid.
