The room was clean and modern. I found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety to suit everyone's needs. The staff were professional yet friendly.

There was no shower gel in the dispensers. Hand soap was also missing . The rooftop bar was way over priced. The pool seemed more like a large bath.

outdated decor broken mirror

The location was good with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel decor felt quite outdated with fake flowers in the room. The gym was also disappointing, it was small and some weights were missing. a section of the mirror was broken making it difficult to exercise safely.

The location was superb for my conference. The road nearby had lovely views. The room I had was very spacious. The breakfast offered varied options. The staff was especially helpful with directions.

The gym was a bit small.

good air-conditioning nice staff uncomfortable bed dirty desk

The hotel is near the cruise terminal. The room had good air-conditioning. I also found that the staff spoke English well. The sound isolation was good.

The room was not entirely clean. There was residue on the desk. The bed was also uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.
