The room was clean and modern. I found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety to suit everyone's needs. The staff were professional yet friendly.

There was no shower gel in the dispensers. Hand soap was also missing . The rooftop bar was way over priced. The pool seemed more like a large bath.

The location was good with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel decor felt quite outdated with fake flowers in the room. The gym was also disappointing, it was small and some weights were missing. a section of the mirror was broken making it difficult to exercise safely.

My room had issues with the shower. It wasn't working properly. i reported it, but nothing was done . also, the mini-bar prices were ridiculously high. I felt ripped off, it left a sour taste.

The hotel is near the cruise terminal. The room had good air-conditioning. I also found that the staff spoke English well. The sound isolation was good.

The room was not entirely clean. There was residue on the desk. The bed was also uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.
