excellent service and location.

attentive staff clean room central location rooftop pool

The staff was attentive. i had a classic double or twin room city view. the room was clean. the coffee machine in the room worked well. the location was central, so we could easily walk to many restaurants. I liked that. the rooftop pool was a nice touch. its bar was also a good addition. I will return. breakfast was bountiful. it included both a buffet and cooked-to-order items.

the bathroom flooded when i used the shower. it had an odd design, and i needed extra towels. i used them to mop up water each day.

the hotel's location suited me well. i found the staff at reception very helpful and cute. my room maintained very good cleanliness and the overall price point was very good. i certainly appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions.

the location is excellent. it is a ten minute walk to the beach. the gothic area is close by.

the standard room is very small. the toilet room has a glass shower door. this door is see through from the waste up and does not seal very well.

the staff were always helpful and friendly i found the location excellent near public transportation. breakfast offered lots of choice it was really convenient. i especially liked my room it was comfortable with a good view

my room was not sound proof i heard people returning to their rooms and toilets flushing. the bathroom floor flooded after each shower due to the design. i had to use extra towels to mop up the water

i stayed in a triple room and appreciated two separate bathrooms. the hotel staff was attentive to all my needs. they added special touches when they learned it was my daughter's birthday. i would definitely book again when i return.

I found the standard room to be smaller than expected. The layout. the toilet room has a glass shower door that is see-through from the waist up. this design limits privacy.
