i found the room to be very clean. the air conditioning worked efficiently. the massive tv included a screen mirroring feature, it was an unexpected bonus. the bedding was indeed fabulous and contributed positively to my rest.
a 30-minute spa limit seemed too brief. this lack of transparency was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast had a great selection, and everything tasted great. It was also quiet, so I could enjoy my meal. I even got a complimentary champagne and cake for my birthday, very thoughtful!
The hotel staff were not very clear about the tourist fee at check-in. They asked me to pay it again at check-out. It seemed like the staff was underqualified.

The selection was extensive and satisfying. The reception staff showed genuine care, calling after my first night to ensure everything met my needs. I particularly enjoyed the air conditioned room and rooftop pool. It helped me cool down after my adventures. I especially appreciated spotting La Sagrada Familia from the pool. This was an unexpected bonus.
I did notice an issue with the TV, it wasn't a Smart TV. This made it difficult to stream films directly from apps. it wasn't possible to open the windows. I missed having the option for fresh air.
