early closure limited service
The rooftop bar closed early one afternoon. i guess they cited bad weather but it seemed pretty sunny to me. The lobby bar wasn't opened as an alternative. it's always a shame when a hotel cannot provide basic bar service, weather notwithstanding.

helpful staff packed breakfast free water inviting lounges
the staff communicated activities well and knew the logistics involved. they even packed my breakfast when i had to leave early, kind. free water was a big help for my day trips! the reception lounges were inviting.

the location was perfect! it is very central, and the beach is only a short taxi ride away. i found it very easy to explore the surrounding areas from this spot.

the breakfast had a great variety. i especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice made with oranges from the island. the breakfast staff were very attentive during my meals.

The staff was helpful. mr benjamin was particularly helpful with my needs! management was also accommodating regarding some changes i needed to make to my reservation. That helped me a lot.

the room was large enough. it included an updated bathroom that i appreciated. the rooftop pool and bar were inviting and offered a relaxing space to unwind after a long day.

noisy air conditioning missing body lotion
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to various attractions.
the room i booked, a classic double or twin room, had issues. the air conditioning was unusually noisy, disrupting sleep. also, there was no body lotion available unless specifically requested from housekeeping. it was only provided after i inquired.

Solid stay downtown
central location rooftop terrace early check
I liked the central location, it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. The rooftop terrace was nice and provided entertainment. The staff were helpful and polite. I was able to check in early and received a room upgrade which exceeded my expectations.
My room experienced slight vibrations due to the metro system underneath.

The room had individual climate control and soundproof windows. A work desk was provided as well as a safe. The bathroom featured a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries were included.

The location allowed easy access to public transport. Many shops and several restaurants were a short walk away. The airport aerobus stop was nearby, allowing simple transport from the airport.

Breakfast had a wide assortment of options. A rooftop restaurant was available and seemed very nice. The bar area looked to be well-stocked with attentive staff members.
