the room had bright lighting and a spacious layout. the bathroom includes good water pressure and heated floors, it was amazing. i was impressed by the strong wifi, no issues there. the pool on top floor was relaxing after a sunny day.
the breakfast buffet was ok, its nothing special.

the staff was very attentive. the food at breakfast was well cooked with plentiful options. i found my room, located on the fifth floor, to be large and spotlessly clean. the rooftop pool and spa facilities are fantastic, and i especially liked the bar area.

elizabeth and gloria at the lounge were so kind , always with a warm smile. facilities shine with immaculate cleanliness , a testament to the dedicated housekeeping staff. rooms feel expansive , offering a sense of luxury. the rooftop restaurant experience is lovely , a must for every guest.
the one slight hiccup was that the request for extra towels took a bit longer than expected.

The room was big and fairly modern.
The shower head clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The water flow was feeble! Filling up the coffee machine supplies was sporadic. I found that annoying. The rooftop bar service was poor. Staff seemed miserable and inattentive.

My check-in was seamless. I received my room key promptly. The room was bright, modern, and spacious. I found the bathroom had great water pressure, made showers enjoyable. The rooftop pool was great. I really enjoyed it.
I thought the minibar was not cleared promptly. I had to request it be emptied, and I felt this should have been taken care of earlier. I also felt a small inconvenience.

i stayed a few nights in may 2025 before my cruise. the pre-arrival communication was great, and i booked a professional car service. isabella at the club lounge upgraded me to a suite, securing rooms close for our family. the room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable with effective air conditioning. the bed and pillows were amazing. the breakfast and drinks in club lounge were very nice, though i'd suggest better afternoon snacks.
the afternoon snack selection in the club lounge could be improved.
