the restaurant has amazing views overlooking the bay and offers many dishes. i noticed clearer labeling of food types such as cakes or burgers instead of just 'various'. the bars had many drinks available.. though the all-inclusive cocktail selection seemed slightly limited. i saw a well-designed room with a great walk-in shower and fantastic sunrise views.
the gym could benefit from a few more weights.

the beautiful seaview room had a great view of the bay. the room was clean.
the air conditioning did not work well. the hotel seemed to control it to save costs. there was only one bar open at a time, so there was no choice to sit in a quieter area before dinner.

The bus service to Mahón from near the hotel was easy to use and punctual.
The food was consistently cold, even when restocked, unacceptable. The drink selection included very limited options on the all-inclusive menu and the branded drinks were costly. There were also ashtrays at the pool bar, I found this practice unacceptable.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the food options were abundant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. poolside drinks were readily available, and i enjoyed the planned activities. the hotel provided pool towels, which i could change as needed. i appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout all areas.
i found that the variety of vegetarian options was somewhat limited.

The staff were fabulous at this hotel, offering helpful service and quick responses to requests.
The air conditioning did not work well. I reported it multiple times but the temperature remained uncomfortably warm making restful sleep difficult.
