the room had a beautiful jacuzzi terrace. breakfast and dinner included good options. there was bus stop near the entrace, it was very useful.

amazing views clearer labeling walk-in shower
the restaurant has amazing views overlooking the bay and offers many dishes. i noticed clearer labeling of food types such as cakes or burgers instead of just 'various'. the bars had many drinks available.. though the all-inclusive cocktail selection seemed slightly limited. i saw a well-designed room with a great walk-in shower and fantastic sunrise views.
the gym could benefit from a few more weights.

poor bar service high cost
the beautiful seaview room had a great view of the bay. the room was clean.
the air conditioning did not work well. the hotel seemed to control it to save costs. there was only one bar open at a time, so there was no choice to sit in a quieter area before dinner.

Mixed Experience at the Hotel
cold food limited drink
The bus service to Mahón from near the hotel was easy to use and punctual.
The food was consistently cold, even when restocked, unacceptable. The drink selection included very limited options on the all-inclusive menu and the branded drinks were costly. There were also ashtrays at the pool bar, I found this practice unacceptable.

immaculate stay with great service
friendly staff abundant options poolside drinks planned activities
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the food options were abundant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. poolside drinks were readily available, and i enjoyed the planned activities. the hotel provided pool towels, which i could change as needed. i appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout all areas.
i found that the variety of vegetarian options was somewhat limited.

the beautiful double room sea view had comfortable beds and a modern design. storage was adequate for luggage and personal items. the bathroom included a rainfall showerwith a refreshing experience after a day at the beach.

the pool area featured ample sunbeds and shaded sections. the hotel provided direct access to the nearby beach. a bus stop was conveniently located near the hotel for transportation to the city, made exploring the area easy.

the front desk staff was informative. the restaurant staff provided prompt drink service at lunch and dinner. the cleaning staff maintained high standards of cleanliness in the rooms. i appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of everyone i encountered.
