The breakfast provided good options.
The climate control was limited. I could not lower the temperature below 19 Celsius. Black rooms design is awful. Simple walk from the bed into the bathroom is death defying.

the room was nice (i stayed in a premium king room with a sofa bed). breakfast was great and i recommend adding it to your stay. taxis waited outside in the morning and took me wherever i wanted to go.
the window in my room had a palm tree design. it made it difficult to enjoy the view outside. the ac in the room did not seem to work well and it was hard to sleep.

I liked the rooftop pool. Staff were friendly. Its near metro subway system. Malls and restaurants are within a walking distance. I appreciated its convenience for exploring and dining.
The room lighting was suboptimal. The shower area and toilet area had poor illumination. The washbasin area was well lit, that contrasted with the other spaces. On the last day, my room door did not lock.

My room included comfortable bedding. I had a very restful night's sleep. The design had modern accommodations. It also featured a rooftop pool and bar area. This place had lovely landscape views.

I really enjoyed my time here. emmanuel at the front desk greeted me with a smile. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. Everything i could want was available. i especially loved the eggs cooked to order (the cook was very friendly!). the rooftop bar and pool were also very nice. i could see the entire city from up there.
i found that dining and shopping options were limited right outside the hotel. there were not many restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. it was a little inconvenient.

i had a cheeseburger in the lobby, and it was excellent and cooked perfectly. the breakfast had so many choices. the restaurant staff were really good too make breakfast special.

the front desk staff were professional and kind. emmanuel and anna were a pleasure to work with during arrival and departure. one housekeeper even showed me how the light switches worked in my room.

my room on the 26th floor had a great view of the city. the room was clean and functional. the room included an outdoor lounge area with greenery and palm trees (a nice touch!).
