dead batteries poor signal
The bedroom tv would not even switch on. Maybe dead batteries were in the remote control. our reserved car space wasn't available and we discovered this after we drove to the underground car park. i reported these issues, but no one attended. the lounge tv did not work either. It showed 'poor signal'.

the location was very convenient, offering easy access to nearby shops. the apartment was clean on arrival. reception staff were friendly and helpful when i asked for directions. i especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation. the television remote had low batteries and was difficult to use. It was slow to respond. there were some noticeable stains on the carpet. I found it quite off-putting.

central location helpful communication
the apartments location is central. it is close to piccadilly gardens and trams. communication before arrival was helpful.
the woof package lacked provisions. i received no bowl or bedding for my furry friend. this lack of confirmation or notification was disappointing.

roomy apartment comfortable stay washing machine
I stayed in a roomy two-bedroom apartment. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the washing machine. It worked very well.
The fans were quite noisy at night.
