The room seemed a bit worn. i noticed peeling and scuffed wallpaper, it didn't quite feel like a 4-star experience. the door staff gave me some trouble as well. I was stopped multiple times and asked for a ticket even after showing my room key. this was good, despite the room being comfortable enough.

the front desk staff, nikki and alison, showed amazing care and kindness to me. the spacious room was a haven, so clean and inviting. i appreciated the special attention to detail throughout my stay. this hotel offered an experience of comfort and warmth i won't soon forget.

the website photos created a vision of a very modern room. my room seemed a bit dated compared to those pictures. i was still happy, but the modern look was what i anticipated.

the location is great as it is close to horwich parkway station. it was also easy to find as it's adjoined to the football stadium! the room was really good and i loved the bar and reception area.

navigating the car park entrance was a bit tricky! the room showed some wear and tear. i noticed some tatty paintwork. and there was broken woodwork in the bathroom.

mixed experience. needs improvement

bland roomlukewarm food

i found several issues needing attention. the room i was assigned felt quite bland and minimalistic. the cooked section at breakfast was disappointing because it was mostly cold or lukewarm. also, one of the coffee machines was out of service, and staff did not refill it or provide any notice about it.
