The room was very clean and nicely sized. The bathroom was great it had two separate sinks. I appreciated the rainfall shower. It worked perfectly. I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly!
The sound insulation was not perfect, I could hear some noise from the hallway sometimes.

the staff members were all very attentive. i found level access to be amazing with continuous food and drink availability in a serene environment. the spa offered an added advantage as i indulged in a relaxing treatment.
the room was somewhat noisy, and sounds from neighboring rooms were audible. i could hear doors slamming and muffled conversations. better soundproofing would enhance the comfort of future stays.

The staff WAS professional. The room was CLEAN. Breakfast offered much variety with good quality produce. I found the show kitchen a nice touch. Judith, and she looked after us very WELL indeed. I was greeted with a tempered welcome from the staff, a NICE touch.
The air conditioning was not WORKING well.
