The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is very convenient. Many key sites are within walking distance. My bedroom was always well turned out. The breakfasts were perfect too. Table service was attentive.

The room I got ended up being rather small. I heard the subway all night, it was so noisy. The shower design causes the bathroom floor to flood. This was a real nuisance. the lighting scheme was very complicated.
