fantastic stay!

The location was ideal, near many attractions. the staff provided really good service. They were always available and eager to assist with directions and recommendations. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, a very nice selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.

The rooftop pool area was somewhat small. Finding a lounger available proved challenging at times.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. complimentary toiletries were provided, this added convenience was very nice. soundproofing was effective. Street noise was minimal.

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of many key landmarks and shopping areas. public transportation is readily accessible nearby. Several metro stations are located just a short walk away. taxis were also easy to hail from the hotel entrance!

The staff offered excellent service. Adam was particularly helpful and friendly (he even remembered my name!). The breakfast included a delicious selection each morning.

The pool area felt too small. There was little room to sit. The water in the spa was not at the temperature indicated.

The hotel's location proved convenient (close to key attractions). The cleanliness was amazing and I commend the maintenance team. I found the staff very helpful. They offered recommendations for local shops and drinks.

The rooftop pool area looked smaller than expected for all the hotel guests. The spa area was also quite small, which limited its appeal. I observed that the sink in my room drained slowly and had a small leak.
