small fitness center inadequate elevator
the fitness center IS small. It only had a few cardio machines. the elevator situation proved INADEQUATE. Waiting times were too long during peak hours.

excellent central location
helpful staff amazing views
the staff was very friendly. the rooftop bar had amazing views. artur, the breakfast shift worker, made us delicious coffees and ensured our needs were met.
i was provided the last rooms available outside my category for a late check in. management made promises, but they did not follow up. this issue was frustrating.

the location was centrally located for easy access to many attractions. i found the hotel easy to reach via public transport. lots of restaurants and cafés were close by. the location was amazing!!!

Charmed by the Calderon!
convenient taxi included breakfast modern design easy walk
My trip included a convenient taxi spot just next to the hotel. I also found the included breakfast had everything one could want. The modern design really stood out . The location proved advantageous as it allowed easy walks to many city attractions.
I noticed some maintenance was ongoing, which led to noise at times.

The rooftop bar provided amazing city views and good cocktails. I saw some guests enjoying the terrace with excellent views. The eleven terrace provides an very nice views.

My premium double room presented a modern vibe with comfortable amenities. The bed was extremelly comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness was amazing with a sparkling bathroom and a clean and modern room.

Breakfast featured a wide array of options that were fresh and tasty. I appreciated the attentiveness of the restaurant staff during breakfast hours. They were very attentive for all needs.

Each staff member I encountered was friendly, very helpful, and spoke several languages. Artur made great coffees during breakfast. The front desk team were excellent and helpful for all the needs.

Solid City Stay
efficient staff welcome champagne amazing views
I found the reception staff efficient during check-in. The hotel provided a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. The location is a short walk to the metro and many restaurants. I liked that the roof bar offered amazing views.
I did find that the minibar fridge wasn't working and kept beverages warm. The replacement took about 45 minutes. It was quite inconvenient.

The front desk personnel offered prompt assistance. The staff were helpful with directions. Requests received quick attention. I did not encounter any issues with the level of service provided.

The rooftop bar provided a scenic spot. The pool area was well kept. I noticed that the gym featured several cardio machines. These facilities added value to my stay at the hotel.

a mixed stay
central location rooftop bar good view thin walls door issue water leakage
the location was really central. i could get to most places without much trouble. i also liked the rooftop bar. it provided nice views from up there.
the room walls were really thin. i could hear neighbors easily, even them just talking. the bathroom shower had a door issue. it wouldn't stay closed which meant water got everywhere.

Taxis cost approximately €35-50, and the Aerobus service is available for €5.90, with a stop at Plaza Catalunya, just a short walk from the hotel. Are smoking rooms or suites available?
