i was provided the last rooms available outside my category for a late check in. management made promises, but they did not follow up. this issue was frustrating.

The staff was helpful. I was given bottled water in my room and I apreciated that. The hotel also has a convenient location for getting around.

The room smelled a little mouldy. I saw mould on the ceilings. I think it was coming from the AC.

My trip included a convenient taxi spot just next to the hotel. I also found the included breakfast had everything one could want. The modern design really stood out . The location proved advantageous as it allowed easy walks to many city attractions.

I noticed some maintenance was ongoing, which led to noise at times.

I found the reception staff efficient during check-in. The hotel provided a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. The location is a short walk to the metro and many restaurants. I liked that the roof bar offered amazing views.

I did find that the minibar fridge wasn't working and kept beverages warm. The replacement took about 45 minutes. It was quite inconvenient.

the location was really central. i could get to most places without much trouble. i also liked the rooftop bar. it provided nice views from up there.

the room walls were really thin. i could hear neighbors easily, even them just talking. the bathroom shower had a door issue. it wouldn't stay closed which meant water got everywhere.
