amazing anniversary stay

The room was gorgeous and super clean. It had a high class style! we enjoyed a great city and sea view. reception staff were very friendly, surprising us with beautiful bed decor for our anniversary that included rose petals and heart balloons. the rooftop bar restaurant and pool provided an amazing view.

The air conditioning was not working and no one could fix it. This resulted in three poor nights of sleep

the gym had modern equipment including several treadmills i used them daily the breakfast buffet offered a good variety i found fresh fruit and hot options i needed the metro was conveniently located nearby it made exploring easy

the rooftop pool was quite small i expected it to be larger the parking was difficult maneuvering tight spaces i feared damaging the car the room service was unavailable after midnight that limited late night options

I found this place brand-new, modern plus clean! the wifi worked perfectly . the staff was super helpful and polite. They made everything smooth, i tell ya.

the rooftop bar had slow service! i asked for an ashtray and waited ten minutes before getting it myself. there were not many other guests at the bar then.

The room was spacious and had a nice warm shower I did appreciate that it was clean.

The staff attitude was disappointing they seemed like they did not want any customers at all I found it embarrassing one night when I waited 45 minutes for some raw fish at the restaurant.

the building is new and clean. a rooftop bar offered great views. i liked the pool , though it closed early at 8pm. the bed was really comfortable.

the hotel restaurant seemed overpriced. i paid 70 euros for tacos and wine. a waiter even dropped the plates near our table , and the food quality did not match the price.

I had a few issues . first, the gym was quite small. It only had a couple of treadmills. i found the limited equipment to be a bit of a letdown. also, the breakfast was expensive but could have been better. the buffet lacked variety, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. it felt overpriced for what was available
