lovely hotel
cocktail workshop disney show helpful staff hotel design
i enjoyed the cocktail workshop. the drinks were themed around a disney show (a great way to learn). staff members proved helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is well-designed with a balance of luxury and comfort.
there is a parking charge. i think it is a bit of a theme at this hotel.

the staff was professional and attentive. i found them to be courteous (during my stay). they helped with every request.

the room was modern and clean. i slept well because it was quiet. the curtains blocked out a lot of light.

crowded breakfast slow service
My experience had a couple of disappointments. the breakfast setup felt chaotic. It was very crowded. i also found the poolside service to be slow. staff seemed overwhelmed, and requests took longer than anticipated.

clean place sea view modern design
The hotel seemed like a resort. it was so clean. the junior suite had a great view of the sea. It was super big and comfortable. it was also very modern.

Mixed Experience. Unfriendly Staff
unfriendly staff mediocre food
I found the reception staff super unfriendly, a real letdown for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There was no greeting. Just a curt dispensing of keycards. The noise levels in the rooms bothered me. Sleep was difficult. I thought the food was mediocre overall.
