amazing Menorca Stay

clean room spacious area helpful staff

I appreciated the room i had with a pool. The room was both clean and spacious. I found a mini kitchen with a fridge. It was compact and ideal. The pool area was VERY clean. ALL staff were friendly and helpful.

the all inclusive drinks were not GREAT. the cocktails were cheap and poured from a jug. i expected a much higher quality.

weak entertainment hot elevator

The breakfast was complete, with a great selection.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well. Common areas were very hot, the elevator too. Entertainment options were very weak. The hotel is huge with many stairs and corridors, and my room was far from everything.

The room was very clean, and i felt pampered by housekeeping. the staff throughout the hotel were polite and friendly, they created a tender atmosphere. the food selection was varied, and the restaurant service met all needs. i found the bed comfortable. Restful sleep came easily.
