I found a couple of things disappointing. the first issue was the noise. I could clearly hear sounds from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic, disrupting my sleep a bit. also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, had some items that seemed to lack freshness. The pastries tasted somewhat stale and the fruit wasn't as ripe as i expected.

the green room offered drinks and snacks all day it was a nice treat. i enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna they provided relaxation. the staff was friendly and answered all my questions at the front desk.
the hotel lacked usb charging points in the room this was a minor inconvenience. i found the room decor a bit tired it could use a refresh. spa treatments were unavailable this was disappointing since i looked forward to it.

I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The Green Bar is wonderful. I appreciated the plentiful free drinks and snacks available at any time of day (especially the fruit selection!). The location is very convenient, and I liked that the bus station near the hotel provides cheap options for travel.
The room lacked USB charging points. The pool area needs a complete refurbishment. Despite publicity materials, spa treatments were unavailable (something I was really looking forward to).
