The reception team gave excellent service , i thought. from arrival, staff seemed cute and ready to assist, which i liked. they helped with check-in, answered questions, and gave local recommendations, really nice. the staff's professionalism enhanced my experience. It. What a treat.

The all-inclusive food was poor. At least that's what i thought. what i tasted was often not hot enough and seemed bland, a shame. on previous all-inclusive breaks, there were more dining options, but not at this place.

The hotel is near transport links to punta prima and mahon. I found this very useful. this provided convenient access to local attractions. i appreciated the peaceful area surrounding the hotel.

the hotel has lounging areas where guests can relax or play cards with friends. there is a separate sports bar called jumpers which includes great facilities. it is positioned a short walk away from the hotel.

The rooms are modern. They include air conditioning, which i very much welcomed. the rooms have balconies, and some provide sea views, how lovely. a fridge is available in each room.

The breakfast had plenty of choice, at least. salads and fruit were varied, providing options for a healthy start. all-inclusive drinks from the bar were good. I liked the cocktails a lot.

the team created a fantastic atmosphere. the service was fantastic. our room was very clean and well equipped. the bed was very comfortable. the housekeeping team maintained the cleanliness of our room. the entertainment team did a great job with the activities and music. ray.

the gym was a slight let down. the pool size felt inadequate for the number of guests. otherwise, my stay would have been flawless.

the hotel provides a regular courtesy bus that goes to punta prima beach. the hotel is close to a bus stop, which allows convenient access to mahon. a short walk leads to two supermarkets plus some bars and restaurants.

the food choices were good with options for everyone. food was always fresh. breakfast had the best selection of options. the bar staff were always smiling and provided quick service.
