breakfast was acceptable with many choices available there.

the adult pool was small it had around 20 sunbeds in total this is not practical based on the size of the hotel also my room smelt unpleasant and damp the phone to call reception did not work i was not able to organise buggies to get me from a to b this was very needed at a hotel of this size.

I found the staff quite attentive. The service was prompt. the on-site restaurant, voro, impressed me with its exquisite offerings. It was a real treat. the country club provided a decent gym with modern equipment. I used it daily. my room was cleaned daily. I always had fresh towels.

I thought the pools were a tad small for such a large hotel. Finding a lounger could be tricky at times.

The hotel was in a remote spot away from crowds, a modernized historic spanish village.

I was unhappy warm water was missing from pools. The spa jacuzzi was cool, the outdoor jacuzzi was cold, and the pool at the country club was never available because the community uses it for swim lessons. I tried to find the hidden sauna at the health club, with no help, and it lacked towels or helpers.
