the main building and the park are beautiful. the decor in common areas is well kept with attention to small details. breakfast was super and food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the vegetables grown directly on the hotel.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring i felt welcome. its location is convenient, with playa de muro accessible within 15 minutes. palma city is also easily reachable in 30 minutes.

i noticed the gym's water dispenser was empty on several occasions.

inflexible dateshighway noise

The saturday evening tasting menu cost 110 euros, it felt overpriced. also, when my flight got cancelled, they weren't flexible with changing dates. my room faced the highway and it was noisy. Not what i expected.
